Nikookaran Sharif foundation was created in 2014 by entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr. Shiva Mohammadi Nik .
Our organizational motto is :

And in order to support those people in need focusing on the support and empowerment of Orphans and the guardians has done competent proceedings for our 2500 families as follows :
- Supporting Orphans and the guardians
- Monthly pension payments to people in need
- Donating dowry for our young married clients
- Paying student and university fees
- Helping out-of-school children
- Assisting the release of guardians who were imprisoned for non-deliberate offences
