In Support and Empowerment unit , all processes are handled and carried out through the following systems :
- Social workers unit : in this unit , after necessary investigation by our experts and inspectors , eligible applicants will be covered by this institution. in this process competent measures are made to empower clients.
- Monthly pension unit (pensions / basket of goods ) :in this unit and every month we have monthly pension payments for clients. Therewith , such items as the basket of goods including protein , detergent , grains and beans are presented and delivered to them and this principle will be done after the necessary scrutiny and expertism.
- Health unit : in this unit within continuous monitoring of client’s health all expenses are covered in medical and therapeutic emergency forms after examination.
- Education unit : in this unit with considering client’s educational needs , professional skills , health and business skills in cooperation with educational , technical and vocational centers and also providing valid certificates plans are anticipated and implemented so that our clients become self-sufficiency and self-employed.
- Employment and entrepreneurship unit : in this unit with considering our client’s skills we try to lead them to find a job in the community. In our anticipated programs Nikookaran Sharif has created a system in order to build a high level of motivation , enthusiasm and utilizing client’s afford to create jobs and entrepreneurship in order to become self-sufficiency and to reach financial independence which with the approach of creating production workshops and space , it follows saving and preventing money in order to buy foreign products.
