Employment of individuals is done through publishing advertisements in newspapers of mass circulation and/or inserting the news on the website. The applicants start they activity after attending the Foundation, being interviewed, having necessary qualifications, and passing a series of training courses.
The activity starts by relying on God, aiming at assisting the needy classes, and making orphans happy.
