Recruiting human resources is carried out by two methods in the Foundation.
A: Specialized and efficient individuals are employed and they start their work after performing the interview and training processes.
B: Specialized and efficient individuals are recruited as volunteers and they start their work after performing the interview and training processes.
Those employed to work in the staffing unit are required to submit the needed documents to this department.
